I build for you the way I build for myself.
I’m Sam Millan. I spent years as a property project manager, running other people’s builds to the millimetre. Then I started building my own things, websites, automations, small products, and got hooked on making something from nothing.
What I kept seeing: businesses paying for AI they never really used, and sitting behind a website that looked tidy but never won them work. Two gaps, both fixable by one person. FloSumo does both: the AI that runs the business, and the web presence that wins it.
I run the same systems for clients that I run for my own work, the site, the content, the workflows. If it doesn’t work for me first, it doesn’t go near yours. That’s the whole philosophy.
